Even though I feel asleep so late, I didn't sleep past 9:30 and was okay the rest of the day.
I put my supplements by my bedside, so it's helping me remember to take them. I ate at least half of my diet organic, did have some candy last night and some Pringles. When they are gone, I don't plan to buy anymore.
Nutrasweet consumption was about the same: one full can plus a few ounces from a bottle.
Motion was increased. I did about five minutes on the elliptical and took a 15 minute walk on hills.
I went to bed about 1:00 and went to sleep fairly quickly. The journaling started yesterday. I caught up and this is my first daily update since.
Feeling optimistic, though I have some moments of wanting to eat junk food. Also feeling lighter. I suspect movement may make the biggest improvement in that area, rebuilding muscles and increasing conditioning.
