Woke up about 9:30.
Cliff bar early morning. Grilled cheese for lunch, on organic bread, butter and cheese. Papa John's Pizza for dinner. Too much snacking last night: Oreos, pretzels dipped in white chocolate, Pringles, Tootsie Rolls, SF chocolate.
Couple of minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on Total Gym, 15 minute walk. One can regular Diet Coke, half bottle CF Diet Coke, one Zevia, water.
Took my supplement.
Took forever to fall asleep, just slept lightly until after 3:15. Woke up about 10:30 next morning.
I need to concentrate on the extra snacking. If it's in front of me, I tend to eat it.
